Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update on the carrier's website.
2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Important: These are estimated transit times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier disruptions.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $150 USD.
4. International Shipping & Customs
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs.
Customs clearance can add 2-5 additional business days to your delivery time.
"Shipping & Freight Forwarders: Lyrik Style Studio ships to addresses in the United States and other countries within our shipping zones. We cannot ship directly to Jamaica at this time. Customers in Jamaica are welcome to use a freight forwarding service to have their order delivered. Please note, we are not responsible for any issues, delays, or customs charges that occur after an order has been delivered to the forwarding address provided."
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at lyrikstyle@outlook.com. We can only change the address if your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse.
7. Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacements or refunds for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
