Welcome to Lyrik Style Studio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services ("Services"), including our website, mobile applications, and any other related services provided by Lyrik Style Studio (collectively referred to as "the Platform"). These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Kingston, St. Andrew.
